This is the 3rd time Ismael Bonfim has missed weight in the UFC, Bloody Elbow notes. He came in 5 pounds over in November 2025 before facing Chris Padilla, and 3.5 pounds over in November 2023.
What it changes
Prado is accepting a fight against a much heavier opponent than planned. In return he receives a share of Bonfim’s purse, as is customary.
